Peter Bartuska -Transitional pastor
Peter Bartuska “Pastor Peter", was born in Camden, N.J., but calls Boca Raton his Hometown. He was married to his wife, Terri, for just a couple of months shy of 36 years when Terri died from a rare form of liver cancer. He has three children: Taylor (m. Guthrie), Andrew (m. Anna) and Shelby (m. Nate & two grandchildren; Tatum and Easton).
Pastor Peter received his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education/Psychology from Taylor University and his Master of Divinity Degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and Reformed Theological Seminary.
He has been working in pastoral ministry since 1990. He was the Youth Director at Howell Branch Fellowship in Winter Park, Florida, Church Planting Intern at Spanish River Church; started a Church and Pastored that same church in Danville, Kentucky; Pastor of Treasure Coast Presbyterian Church, and most recently Pastor of Christ Community Church in Wellington, Florida, where he finished in May 2025. He also served as the Stated Clerk of the Gulfstream Presbytery from 2006 to 2014. Peter is serving as our Transitional Pastor and will be living and working with us in Puerto Rico, while we work towards hiring our next Lead Pastor.
Kyle Culbertson - Associate Pastor
An Ohio native, Kyle Culbertson brings a vibrant passion for connecting people to our church community. Having previously come to Puerto Rico to play soccer, God brought Kyle back to the island in 2022 to embrace a new journey working at Trinity. Married to Morgan, Kyle cherishes family life with his two children, Ellie Joy and Bennett Gabriel. He tries not to take himself too seriously, loves fostering connections within our church family, and His favorite thing about Trinity is the opportunity to welcoming in newcomers and guide them towards meaningful engagement with Christ and His Church.
Hobbies: drinking coffee, playing sports, and trying to catch my kids.

Natalia M Martínez E - Director of Worship & Operations
Natalia was born and raised in Puerto Rico and in the Gospel. By the Lord’s grace, her love for him and his church has not dwindled. She studied her undergrad in History of the Americas in the University of Puerto Rico and her Master’s in Divinity in Covenant Theological Seminary.
Hobbies: going to the movies and playing music with friends.
